All Vizvu orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark.
By shipping locally, we ensure fast delivery throughout Europe and Scandinavia with no hidden customs fees or import taxes for our EU customers.

Most likely, yes! Vizvu monitors are designed for universal plug-and-play across work and play.
Laptops & Tablets: Full support for Windows, macOS (M1/M2/M3 & Intel), and ChromeOS. Also compatible with iPad Pro/Air (USB-C models).
Gaming Consoles: Seamlessly connect your Nintendo Switch (no dock required on most models), PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and handhelds like Steam Deck or ROG Ally.
Smartphones: Supports iPhone 15/16 and Android devices with “Desktop Mode” (e.g., Samsung DeX or Motorola Ready For).
Note: Your device must have a USB-C port that supports video output (DP Alt Mode) or a standard HDMI port. Performance features like 4K or high refresh rates depend on your specific Vizvu model.
No. All Vizvu monitors are Plug-and-Play. Simply connect the cable, and your device will recognize the monitor instantly as a second screen.
In most cases, no. If you connect via USB-C, the monitor draws power directly from your laptop. If you use HDMI, you will need to connect the included USB power cable to a power bank or a wall charger.

Pre-orders: 1–2 months (see product description for details). You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our Danish warehouse.
No. All Vizvu monitors are Plug-and-Play. Simply connect the cable, and your device will recognize the monitor instantly as a second screen.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If the monitor has been damaged during transit, contact us at Support@vizvu.com within 48 hours with photos of both the damaged product and the packaging.
Once we have verified the damage, we will provide you with a prepaid return label so you can ship the unit back to our warehouse in Denmark at no cost to you.
As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately.
Garanti & Rengøring
In accordance with Danish and EU law, every Vizvu monitor comes with a 2-year right of complaint.
This covers any manufacturing or functional defects that exist at the time of purchase.
What is covered: Internal hardware failure, screen flickering, or port issues that occur during normal use.
What is NOT covered: Accidental damage (e.g., a cracked screen from a drop), liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs.
Tip: Always keep your original order confirmation as your proof of purchase.
To protect the display coating, use a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
Don’ts: Never use harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or standard glass spray, as these can damage the screen’s protective coating.
Do’s:
If needed, slightly dampen your cloth with a tiny bit of water (never spray directly onto the screen) and wipe gently.
