At Vizvu, we aim for a seamless delivery experience from our warehouse in Denmark straight to your door.
Shipping Options: We offer both Standard and Express shipping. Options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

- In-stock items: 1–3 business days for Denmark; 3–14 business days for the rest of Europe.
- Pre-orders: Please allow 1–2 months for delivery as these items are tied to international production cycles.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your journey.
Customs & Duties: Orders within the EU are customs-free. For non-EU destinations (e.g., Norway, UK), the customer is responsible for local import duties and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Vizvu screen. If it’s not the right fit, our return process is simple.
14-Day Return Right: You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Condition: Because screens are high-precision electronics, they must be returned in original condition and original protective packaging. This prevents damage during transit and ensures a full refund.

Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return at our Danish warehouse, we process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
